A group of us met six years ago on the EB boards.

We were young, anxious and all gushing with joy at the birth of our beautiful babies. EB provided us the opportunity to meet, laugh, learn and bounce ideas off each other. This I thank EB for.

EB provided a platform to develop relationships that we would go on to make great friendships, we've chatted daily, we feel like we know each others children like they go to school with each other. We've traveled Australia to meet up. We live in different states... we fight.. we roll eyes but we also love each other (some more than others.. original.gif We have different beliefs and challenges in life that we each respect each other for. We help each other with education, advice, weight, children and ideas. This I thank EB for.

We have experienced a raft of life events in our group... DIA 07.. This I thank EB for.
We have had new life ..
birthdays..
marriages..
divorces...
today we had death.

I thank EB for the life of our beautiful Marg. aka Greenfern.

For bringing us together in circumstances where we would never have met. Marg taught our group how to not give in. She fought a gallant fight of cancer and gave everything to stay longer with her loving family. She defeated odds, being educated with her options and embracing each day like it was her last. Today she can rest. Tonight I have shed tears but I am happy that she is in peace. Thankful that I know her.. and ultimately thankful for EB for providing us this opportunity to have her in our lives.

We can bag EB at times.. we can hate the 'hate' that happens in some of theforums. In recent times I have moved away from EB but I will always be thankful for the wonderful group of woman EB introduced me to six years ago.

I know my life is richer having all of them in my lives.
xo

LEGs-R-US: You've described so well our little group. We are so so lucky, and I will be eternally grateful for our group introducing me to Marg.

I can't believe we've lost such a beautiful soul. It still doesn't seem real.

Marg was one of the most inspirational women I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. She was beautiful, funny, loving, courageous and strong.

RIP Marg. You are so loved, and so missed.
