I'm so excited, I've just bought an ABC Adventure Buggy single with reclining toddler seat. I bought it from Go Bubba Go who have been so helpful answering all of my questions. At this point I would highly recommend them. I have bought it blind so to speak having not seen one in person. I'm just hoping it will fold down small enough to somehow, someway fit into the boot of my small car. Also a little concerned about visibility over the top but we shall see. I got purple.

Anyone else have one? Share your joy please. I almost can't contain myself.

I love the purple
I have a very boring double black with a double reclining seat on top , its my work horse pram for Family Day Care . I am only just over 5ft and can see over the top , its better when the hoods are down .

Me too, the purple is gorgeous. Unfortunately it's not the pram for me. Everything would have to be removed in order for it to fit into my small car boot and even then I'm not sure it would fit. I had a play with it when it arrived and found it not to be very user friendly. It's very clunky, to take anything off it e.g. the wheels, top seat, handle bars is fiddly as it doesn't have refined clips like the Baby Joggers for example. The break is awful. It can't be lifted off using my foot as it's simply far too stiff, my partner who is strong couldn't even do it. I would have to bend down each time to lift the break off which simply isn't practical with two kids, one of whom I might be holding at the time. I'm just so gutted as the idea is great, the look is great but it's just not refined enough. And it's very heavy. I really am totally gutted as I really wanted this to be the one.

How do you find walking through slim isles in shopping centres etc? I would have thought that you'd have to look to the side to make sure you didn't hit anything in your path as you obviously can't see things right in front of it with the top seat in place. Do you use it much in confined spaces or just outdoors? Is lifting the break off a problem for you? I wonder if the problem might be to do with the fact that the tires aren't fully pumped up. Do you have to disassemble yours to get it into a car boot? Was it difficult at first but has become easier with regular use? Do you ever have trouble with the front wheels hitting each other and locking together? I really dislike the little spring button things you need to push in to get the wheels and other parts back onto the pram. I think that's a really poor design for a pram which needs to be ultra easy to assemble and disassemble, especially with two or more babies or children in toe.

I think my biggest problem is that it doesn't fit into my car boot. If it fitted without having to be disassembled then I may have kept it regardless of the shortcomings (my opinion of course) that I mentioned. I love the look, the fact that, although the conversion bar to make it a four wheeler makes it wide at the front, it still looks slim enough to get through shop isles. If only I had a larger boot space.

I bought one second hand, and tried hard to love it. In the end I couldn't really see over the top without peering round the side, and the size when folded and tricky disassembly was a problem. I never had trouble with the wheels locking together, and the brake must have been pre-broken-in for me as it was better than my Phil and Teds. I liked the ability to push 2 sleepers to kindy pick up. I liked the stability. I like the look of the single by itself. We mostly used it out of doors.

But we went back to the Phil and Teds.
