I want to lose as much weight as I can until I get pregnant, then maintain a healthy weight/gain a healthy amount during pregnancy to ensure my baby's health.

I will lose 5kg before NYD (no chance of being pregnant before then as I still have Implanon until 28th Dec!)

I want to be another 5kg down by the end of Summer. By my March wedding I'd reeeally like to be 3 more kilos down from that. Then I'd like to maintain that weight. I'd love to lose a bit more but being 5'9 and the food and wine lover that I am I don't think that would be sustainable Tounge1.gif

Stronger than ever.
Just to keep going!! I'm happy with my weight but if my strength and fitness haven't both improved further by the end of 2013 I will be very cross with myself.

I want to complete Tough Mudder Melbourne in January and September 2013, beat my time at the Pink Triathlon in January, PB at the half marathon in October, try Crossfit, and try something else new like Aerial Silks.

I want to drop my body fat percentage to 15% (currently 17.8) to see whether I get ab definition.
