Chart & OPK not matching, help!

Ok, so chart is linked below... It is suggesting ovulation on Tuesday (clear temp rise) but it is possible it was actually yesterday (based on still having o pain & watery CM). Chart BUT... Opks (testing 4 times a day so as to be sure i caught the surge) never went positive & in fact are the darkest they've been this morning is as close to positive as I've had. I did an opk at 11.30 last night & it was similar but slightly lighter. I still wouldn't call either "positive" but they are certainly closer than the ones in the days leading up to and of my supposed o day?! What's going on?? Opk... Today: Previous (top 2 are yesterday & others are the 3 days before). What is going on? Is it possible to not get a positive opk &/or for the surge to only show in urine AFTER ovulation? Can bbt rise before o?

Im not sure about the positive OPK after O but I don't think so... It looks as though you had your surge last night? Have you tested again this afternoon. I usually get a positive OPK the day I O and I still get watery CM and fertile cervix the day of my temp rise. Also I can have pains before/during OR after ovulation. The most important thing is that your temp has risen. ETA: Going by your CM pattern and temp rise I think you O'd Tuesday This post has been edited by Tiger-lily: 20/12/2012, 04:37 PM

I did test again this afternoon, it's the same as the one thismorning. They are darker but the line is still not equal or darker than the control so technically that is still negative right? I guess I'm confused by why my temp sparked before my darkest opk's & why I never had a positive opk even when testing 4 times a day!
