help with wording, letter from santa

DD's mountain bike has just broken so wanted to get her a new one from santa but pretty much all the bikes in her size are sold out. So thought it would be a good idea to send her an IOU a bike for xmas letter from santa and then that way she can also choose the bike she would like since she is a fussy 9 year old, but I have no idea on how to write the letter or word it

They are both great! I will steal one if thats ok. We too looked at bikes and couldnt find any suitable. After xmas sales should hopefully bring some more variety
