Just wondering what a 'show' actually looks like. I've been wiping away what looks just like EWCM today and wondering if this could be part of it? TIA |

Mine looked like dark red/brown mucous. Like the end of my menstrual period. And it continued for a few days.

Thanks! This has been white/yellowish - do you think this could be it? I've had Braxton hicks all day and now feel like I've had a massive ab workout!!

When my midwife did a stretch and sweep at my 40 week antenatal saturday just gone, I lost my plug and at first it was a mucous looking discharge with a string of red blood, then turned a brown colour like at the end of a period, and only just stopped last night.
If your unsure, ring your midwife, she will be able to tell you straight away whether the white/yellowish is normal |

Just a bit of spotting. The actual plug you can't mistake, its about the size of your hand and looks like a jellyfish with blood in it.

Mine was in bits & pieces yellow, brown, jelly texture with bloody streaks and lasted for 3 days. Gave birth 2 days later.
