I am after some ideas on helping with lower back pain? I tried showers and bath. |

Sit in a chair to unstack and stack the dishwasher (need a bit of bench space next to dishwasher). Squat instead of bend down. Have your DH pick up kids/babies for you as much as possible. Kegels apparently! R&R

|
I found sleeping with a pillow under my knees made a massive difference. So much so that I still sleep like that 6 years later. Give it a try for a few night. Can't hurt!

Fisiocrem is a good topical pain relief cream that is safe during pregnancy. It has been my saving grace along with massage and acupuncture. I can only find it in health food stores, not chemists.

Discuss with your health professionals, but my OB recommended taking fish oil for baby brain development, and a happy side effect was a reduction in back pain.
Also, if you can, see a womens health physio. |
