Some of the older members (old as in I am 27 lol) may remember Peter Combe growing up he had such hits as

wash your face in orange juice
Newspaper mama
Toffee apple

Well he is singing at the carols on sunday I live almost 2 hours away but I am going and my kids will not ruin this moment for me with " I'm bored" or "who is this guy"

I have downloaded his album now the kids will be blasted with it for the next 2 days lol.

You said no strings could secure you, at the station...
His adult shows are good fun too original.gif
Spaghetti Bolognese would be my favourite song of his.

And weird fact for the night, he and my parents sang folk music at a coffee house around 1970-ish

He was my favourite, my mum took me to his concert at QPAC when I was about 7.

I've introduced him to Dd 4 years.

Which carols is this? What state are you in?

I don't remember him from when I was a kid, but DD (3) has been singing and dancing to "Wash your face with orange juice" at her kindy dance class on and off all year and her class also "performed" it at her daycare christmas concert last week. She loves it!
