Enlightenment is the best revenge
My son goes to school with a Diesel, and his older brother is Jett. He gets the nickname Jetty.

It suits him original.gif

For a boy or a girl?

For a girl I like it as a nickname for Juliette.

For a boy, I'd prefer Jet, as in the stone, as it feels simpler and more akin to Jasper and Flint etc. Two t's seems fussy to me.

I do like it as a nn for Jethro but not that many people are all that fond of Jethro.

For a girl Jett is okay, I think some are named after Joan Jett, but it does make me think of Jettas, which are a car I would not name a kid after.

On both genders I prefer it as a nickname.
