DP wants to have our names "locked down" even before I fall pregnant rolleyes.gif because we can't agree on anything! In the interests of marital harmony, we are both going to write our top 10 lists. I have 9 and then another hundred which I can't choose between for the 10th.

I like Italian, French and English names, classic or frilly girls names.

My current top 10:
Mireille
Lydia
Charlotte
Anastasia
Matisse
Lucia
Elena
Elise
Adelaide
.....

My favourite names - Lila, Henrietta, Anais, Anouk, Emmeline, Clementine - have been vetoed years ago.

Boys are a little easier, we have some agreement (we both prefer boring solid names!)
Christopher
Lincoln
Harry
Hugh
James

The names my DH loves include:
Victoria (lovely but hate Vicky)
Cherie
Tamsin
Arabella
Sophia
Rebecca
Stephanie
*insert any 80s name here*

Gudrun, I love your style!
Elodie and Sapphira are beautiful
Hugo is the name I was thinking of instead of Hugh - I'm tossing between them.
Alexander is a great name but I'm still hoping that I will wear down DH with Alessandra for a girl (vetoed a long time ago but yet to be mentioned this time)
Spencer, Daniel and Matthew will be added to the list!

I like your girls list original.gif . Here are some other suggestions

Helena
Francesca
Natalia
Adrienne

If your DH loves Stephanie, would like like Stefania/Stephania as an alternative?

For boys, some more traditional suggestions which may or may not be your style:

Michael

Mark
Nathaniel
Andrew
Bradley
Elliot(t)
Vincent

Maybe you like Vika as NN to Victoria?

Also Mireia as a variant of Mireille?
