We have so many names that are of limit because they have been used by close family or friends.

We love for a girl Chloe (fave), Charlotte, Charli, Sienna, Grace, Georgia, Ava. For a boy we need to start all over again as DH and I cant agree on any names we like.

I couldn't help myself either! I have a few criteria for both boys and girls names, so I've started a couple of threads in the baby names forum. I've already had lots of really great suggestions, I can tell this is going to be the hardest part of having a baby...

Haha, since long before we decided to TTC, I have had a list on my phone of girls & boys names I like - I'm happy now to get to put them to good use!! Or one of them at least wink.gif

There are lots of names I like, but if we have a girl I'd really like to call her Rachel after my mother's mother, who was a wonderful and inspiring woman (and a redhead like me original.gif )

I like Marcus for a boy and Seraphina (Sera for short) for a girl.
DP thinks Seraphina is revolting. I don't think I'll even have a girl so not stressing too much!

I already have Penelope Inga and Abigail Cecelia. Both girls have my grandmothers' names as middle names.

This time around we have used a Thai egg donor so if it's a girl we are thinking of possibly incorporating that in some way.

Mali Elizabeth. Mali is "flower" in Thai and my mum's name is Betty, hence the middle name.

Another option is Mary Anne. It's taken a lot of praying to get even this far in my pregnancy. My confirmation name is Anne.

For a boy, we will stick to traditional. John Ryan is an option as Ryan in my maiden name. Michael Ryan is another as my Dad's nickname is Mick so it would be nice to have another Mick Ryan in the world!
