I spent 2 years TTC and had just started making appointments to see a FS, I also decided that it was time to also look at alternative treatments.

I started seeing a naturopath and it was part of the concoction I was taking twice a day.
There were other ingredients - all working together and vitex was just one of the ingredients.

I have to say that what I was taking all worked very quickly -within the first month I noticed a huge change in my cycle ( more blood and a bought my slightly irregular cycle a little earlier than normal), the following month my cycle changed again (there was a change in how I felt and the blood amount increased slightly)
I didn't get to see if my 3rd cycle changed as I was pregnant. (see my user name)

I have now after having kids being dx'd with PCOS so I feel very lucky that I found something that definitely made a difference with me.

Thanks Twinboys.

I've been getting headaches each day right on 2pm. So trying to eat later. Also noticed end of cycle bleeding lasting a bit longer.

I TTC for number 2 for 12 months. I had a short lutealphase and saw a naturopath who prescribed vitex, next month pregnant! So positive for me.

I took it for a long time. It regulated my cycle perfectly. First time I was pregnant within 2nd month of taking, but miscarried I believe because I stopped taking it as soon as I got BFP. I starting taking it again after m/c, it took 6 mths to fall pg again but I continued taking it until end of 1st tri & that is DD2.
