Hi Everyone,

I am pregnant with no 3. We have tried to put 3 car seats in both our cars once before and they didn't fit. When the baby is born we will have a 2 year old, 3 year old and the newborn. Just wondering if any one knows if 3 car seats will fit in either of the following cars;

2006 Ford Fairmont Bf Mkii Fi Sedan
2000 Nissan Pulsar N15 Hatch

Not all seats are the same.

The meridian is 50cm wide whereas the Compaq is 45cm wide. It is also the combination of seats and how they puzzle together.

I would probably look at te new SNS compaq foe bubs and 2yo and the New MaxiRider T&A ( make sure it is the new one... The old maxi rider is very wide).

Infa secure Neon and maci cosi complete air are also narrow seats.

Eta reading the sticky of three across success stories can give you ideas.

Hipod Senator is also slim.

An alternative to the Compaq is one of the other Safe N Sound convertibles - the Haven, Trojan, Guardian, Safeguard etc. They have the same shell as the Compaq, but have a different base, which makes them 5cm shorter. I bought a Compaq recently and found it too tall to use FF in my car (we have 3 across too). I could hardly see out the rear window, so I returned it. I'm getting a Trojan instead (on sale this week at Target).

You may find you can fit 3 in your Pulsar while they are all in convertible seats, but it might be impossible when you need to use a booster and need access to the seatbelt.

The compaq is tall but that allows for hands to do up booster seat belts for me.

The Lifestyle is another version if the compaq but it dors not have the easy adjust feature.

We had newborn, 21mo and 3.5 yo in the following combo in my VW Golf, Honda CRV, Toyota Corolla older model:
SNS capsule
Babylove Prelude
Babylove Prelude
I would be surprised if this combo didn't fit in the Pulsar.

Once the oldest was big enough for a booster, we changed to this combo:
Babylove Prelude
Babylove Prelude
SNS Hi-liner

Now kids are 3.5, 5.5 and 7yo, we have this:
SNS Hi-liner
Babylove Prelude
SNS Hi-liner
