Hi lovely ladies,
Looks like December isnt going to be my month after all, missed my period, got an BFP but started bleeding and cramping this is my second chemical pregnancy and Im so upset right now and havent told hubby yet. I just feel so lost going from happy to sad in such a short period of time. When will I get a sticky one . Im trying to stay positive and know that it was just not meant to be but it is hard.
Is there anything that can be done to prevent any future chemical pregnancies or do you just keeping trying until you get a sticky one? I had just got referral to have bloods, doesnt look like I will be needing those now.
Anyway thanks everyone who is reading this.Any advice would be lovely.

I can't really give you any advice, as I don't know too much about cp's, but really hoping you get a sticky one next time

The only thing I would say is that maybe you should still go for blood test? They may be able to tell you more? Also, not sure if it applies to CP's as well, but I believe if you have 3 MC's, they will then fast track testing of your 'plumbing' to try & identify any issues to help give you the best chances next time round? Hoping you don't have a third of course, but just saying not to lose hope, as there are plenty of things that can be done.

First step though is to let hubby know so he can give you great big hugs & you can both grieve for your loss. I can't imagine how you would be feeling right now, but an early loss is still a loss & I wish all us ladies in these forums could give you a big group hug right now

So sorry Hun I also had a chemical pregnancy this week

I've been doing a bit of reading & it doesn't seem there is a lot you can do to prevent it but some things have suggested vitamin b6 can be helpful. I'm planning to take 25mg 3x a day this month. It's important that if you do take it that you don't top abruptly though.

Sorry for your loss OP. I've had back to back chemicals in October and November so I definitely know how your feeling. Nothing to say that can make you feel better just wanted you to know your not alone.

I am sorry for your loss. I had a number of early MC this year. My doctor believes that Vit D deficiancy is a contributing factor as I am not deloping a think lining. I have been taking Vit D for 3 months now and hoping out latest BFP is going to stick. We are 5 weeks 2 days and so far no bleeding so things are looking good. Perhaps it is worth getting your levels checked.

Just would like to say thank you for all the support. The ladies that have had this happen to them what did you do that helped you? I don't even remember how I handled it the first time I had one of these in 2010. My hubby has been super fantastic about this and we are just going through the motions. I don't want this take over and just want to keep trying.

For me I tried to see it as a positive. At least I know the sperm mets egg is working, just have to work at the implantation issues now.
