DH and I got given $200 in Myer vouchers as a wedding gift which is lovely and thoughtful (although if I was Livsh's bridezilla SIL, I would be complaining biggrin.gif )

I have no idea what to get - we have everything we need, all our appliances work and I don't want to spend them on "boring" stuff

Any suggestions? Nothing is too out there, as long as I can get it at Myer. Obviously not a major dilemma but I want to get something nice for us both. And we have plenty of wine glasses.

I could spend $200 in Myer in a heartbeat.

I started to write a list and then realised I was writing everything Myer stocks!

Maybe wait for the post Christmas sales so it stretches even further. Maybe something a bit more luxurious than you'd normally buy?

Do you need new luggage? When they have % off sales on luggage their prices are pretty good.

How about a pair of good quality sheets, you both will get enjoyment out of them. There is nothing better then sleeping on beautiful soft sheets.

it probably has a 2 year expiry so there's no rush to run out and just buy 'something'
There's also a good chance you can use it at a store other than myers (any of the coles group including coles, ?liquorland and officeworks)

But those are quite boring suggestions - I would buy sunglasses or fancy bed linen.

I would just wander around until I saw something that struck my fancy.

I always see lovely bedlinen or gorgeous soft towels on sale right when I'm not able to buy them

I'm sure if you wander you'll see something you both love that you would normally say 'We don't need it so we won't try to find the money for it'.

What about a really nice Christmas Tree and some decorations etc to go with it that you can add to each year?? Failing that I would put it toward something I really want EG It wouldn't cover a Kitchen Aid mixer but if I could get $200.00 off then I would try and find the extra. Or wait until the boxing day sales
