does your DS/DH wash their hands after going to the toliet?, Spin off

Just wondering if you DS or Dh wash their hands after going to the toilet for a pee? We were at my Dads house recently and my oldest DS came out of the bathroom and Dad mentioned that he didn't think my DS had washed his hands. I never really thought it was necessary unless drips got on their hands. What do you think?

Yes we all do. They may not have dripped by they have touched the toilet seat to put it up or down. They may have also touched the light switch, the door handle, the wall etc all of which are breeding grounds for nasties.

If you think about it, girls don't touch their 'bits' at all. So you would think it more important for a boy to wash his hands because he actually touches his. Or is it general bathroom germs that you would need to wash for???which obviously leads to one and all washing their hands after being in a toilet, which has always been my reason for needing to wash hands.
