Have had a look in Spotlight, Target and Kmart, but no joy.

Can anyone tell me where I might be able to buy a cheap Christmassy pillow case to use as a toy stocking?

Thanks original.gif

I bought 2 at Target last week (they were folded in a packet) and I saw some at Best and Less today (they were on hangers out the front).

Hey, your baby was born the day after mine.

Just buy a normal pillow case then go to Spotlight or similar and get an iron on Christmas themed applique. You can get iron on letters too and put your child's name on there.

That's cool Dylan's Mummy. We went for a picture with Father Christmas yesterday and I'm pretty sure I heard my son saying he'd like a cord and a power point for Christmas. He already has ALL of his front teeth!

I think I'll go back to Kmart and check out near the gift tags. I looked in the sheets section ddoh.gif

I have exhausted my extremely limited capacity for craft by having an absurd idea to hand embroider stuffed christmas tree ornaments for all the babies at Mothers Group, and I don't actually have a sewing machine, so the thought of sewing a pillowcase doesn't really appeal.

Thanks all original.gif

I think Dylan would like that too as well as a pair of adults shoes or slippers. I found something at a baby shop that goes around a power board to stop bub from playing with the plugs and cords. Dylan just has 1 tooth.

Went and had a REALLY good look round Kmart today and no joy. The shop assistant in the christmas paper/ label / decoration section said there hadn't been any in this year at all :/

I've seen a Target one on eBay but nothing in the shop either.

Can anyone tell me a place in Melbourne's northern suburbs where I might have some luck?
