Me too! What I'd really like to see is frozen pumpkin, peeled and cut into roastable portions. That would be so good.

Ha ha, yes awesome isnt it. I used to make soups in vast quantities for a cafe. Once I discovered this my life was changed for the better!!!!

I buy diced onion from a f&v supplier for $10 for 5 kg. Then I split it into ziplock bags and freeze. It is brilliant and a really cheap way of getting the convenience

Me too!! Got sick of buying onions and peeling back the layers and finding that it was rotten - grrrr!!! Love frozen chopped onion!!!
