My two grandchildren are coming down to us tomorrow and they have had a vomiting bug and my daughter also, so is there something going around the schools at the moment, or is it food poisoning? unsure.gif

Only a ginger can call a ginger a ginger!
My DD1 goes to childcare in Queanbeyan and started throwing up yesterday at 5:30am. Her last vomit was at 5:30pm. The only place she had been on Wednesday was childcare so yes, there is a vomiting bug going around. Touch wood DH, DD2 and myself haven't caught it.

Yes there definitely is. We've just come back from Sydney and 6 of us there got it and now I am back home, my DS has now gotten it. We are just waiting for my DH & DD2 to get it now. It is pretty horrible and here it is taking days to get over after the vomiting & diarrhoea have stopped (queezy tummy and lack of appetite etc).

Doink!
I'm in Newcastle.
Kept DS home from childcare on Wednesday as he spewed twice and was generally miserable all day Tuesday. He seemed fine again on Wednesday, but I was expecting DD or I to come down with it (we haven't yet, touch wood).

Yep there is. We haven't had it (touch wood) but a lot of kids on my Facebook page seem to have it at the moment.
