Alexi or Chloe?
Our DS's name is Jacob. I really like Chloe, but I also really like Alexi and the fact it can be shortened to Ali, Alex or Lexie (whichever she prefers when shes older) Girls names are too hard! |

I am not fond of either but I'd probably pick Alexi. Alexandra however is MILES in front.

Chloe. Nothing wrong with Chloe.
Alexa/Alexandra would win but Alexi does not. I know I am being a Russki but I cannot hear anything feminine in Alexi as a given name. I don't think Alexa really changes much as far as available nicknames or even length (unlike the otherwise lovely Alexandra/Alexandrina) but my soul would rest a bit easier.  EDIT: I remembered who I was trying to think of, aside from all the men named Alexei I have known, it was Alexi Laiho. This post has been edited by la di dah: 05/12/2012, 04:19 PM |
