I have just received my new table and chairs. Here's a photo to give you an idea.



What accessories, bits and bobs (links are welcome) would you recommend to tie everything together and make it look really special?

I like plants and fire. Lots of both

I would have pot plants with different textured plants, as well as grow as many plants around in the garden beds as possible. I'd layer it in such a way that there is year round visual interest with flowers, foliage and maybe fruit as well.

A fire pit probably isn't the safest thing around kids, so maybe lots of lanterns with citronella scented tea lights. They do double duty that way - deter mozzies and look pretty.

On the table, maybe a pot with some succulents as a centre piece when not in use. Or maybe a hurricane lantern filled with interesting shells/pebbles/other item that you've collected.

If you have anywhere to hang one, what about an old fashioned chandelier with real candles? They add atmosphere that normal lights don't do.
