Hi, long time lurker... As the title says i don't think i'm alone. My dh is away and so far i have seen a dark shadow by my door at night, heard what i thought was my kids out of bed. Nope was not them. Footsteps stopped when i turned the light on(so tempted to leave lamp on!). And now tonight getting ready for bed the back door knob starts ratteling, thought it was our fog( she's quite talented lol) but she was no where to be seen. So anyway lock the back door and lock front (as you do) 2 steps away and the door and the handle starts to rattle, like someone was checking the door.
Just wondering if anyone has a clue?

We have had a few over the years.

Normally i say
Please leave me alone you are scaring me then i imagine the whole house surrounded in a peaceful white light.

Freakist thing (one of many!) was being woken up to man standing at the end of our bed watching over me with a smile.
He was very peaceful and caring.

Layimg in bed after just getting out of hospital a weight and indent next to me. All of sudden i was in complete calm and felt soooo much better.

Going to walk out the back door while home alone at night to hear a male voice say STAY inside! I loxkes the house up and closes all.blinds. Turnes out we had fence hoppers out that night and belonga had been moved.

Hi there. Just wanted to show my support. I've had some rather scary encounters myself. The thing that I always remember when I am dealing with the spirit world is that they can't do anything to you that you don't allow. I can't remember who told me that and I don't know if it's true but I believe it.

Use the white light and tell them that they're not welcome here! Do your best to think nice, loving and happy thoughts. Leave the lights on.

In the house I'm in now I get wafts of lovely perfume (not lately, I miss it), often in the kitchen and that would make me smile and hunt around to catch to try and get another waft.
If anything frightens me I usually verbally hit out and tell whatever to bugger off, even if it is just my imagination or I'm a bit stressed and grumpy. That helps.
