Especially stuff that is suited to kids. My pair are fussy. We have been repeating: cucumber, tomato, cheese, carrot sticks, beetroot, ham and cold chicken a bit to much.

I love cold lasagne & salad. The lasagne can't just be room temperature though, it has to be from the fridge - it seems to 'set' and makes it a bit different.

Tonight we are having fresh rice paper rolls with duck, carrot, cucumber, spring onion, lettuce, rice noodles and omelette. With a hoisin dipping sauce... Yum!

You can swap and change what goes in them and use any kind of dipping sauce.

From each according to his ability, to each according to his nee
My two love a chicken mango and avocado salad, with bread on the side. It was on the show where Matthew Hayden moved to a place in the bush and they were doing it up. If you google his name and chicken mango avocado salad you'll find it.

Pasta with feta, kipflers, green beans and pesto is also good cold.

Cold quiche/zucchini slice is yum
Cold meatloaf and salad
Tacos are good - mince meat is warm but lots of cold stuffing
Chopped up 'stuff' and dips - cucumber sticks, carrot sticks crusty bread and some home made dips
Do different salad items like hard boiled eggs
Different salads like rice salad, pasta salad, coleslaw or potato salad

I do a thai beef salad, but leave my toddler's serve deconstructed, without dressing.
