Hey Twosunflowers, I'm in for sure original.gif Lost 8kg in the Spring challenge (goal was 10), which I'm pretty happy with. For summer I'll set a goal of 5 kilos and see how I go. I fell apart a bit somewhere in the middle of the spring challenge so want to try and stay focused this season and stay committed. Let's do this thing!

In other news, I bought a size 12 dress today, the first time in a long time and it felt gooood! wink.gif

I'm in. My trainer has just given me a killer diet plan, I'm starving!! Good timing to start with you all though. I'm just above a healthy bmi, but do lots of weights and cardio already so my GP says I'm not overweight, but have a shocking belly and inner thighs.

SW 75kg GW 70kg - will reassess then!

I'm in just to keep you gals honest and accountable......the veggie police will be watching!!

I have been maintaining for the last 3 months. I am currently 61.9kg, lowest was 61.1kg during the spring challenge. I don't want to loose any more weight, but still trying to tone up the jiggly bits on my stomach and arms. I really want a flattish tummy and nice defined arms, but it is soooo tough. You really have to exercise HARD every day and I don't know if I have the determination, willpower or time to do it?? So my goal is body fat of 23%, currently at 25.64% (was 26.26% for start of spring challenge)

Anyone want to join the Endomondo GPS challenge? If so sign up to Endomondo (its a free app), let me know your user name and I will include you. OR my user name is lewis350, friend me with a note to who you are and I will add you. It's all a bit of fun to see who can exercise the most kms for the month of December, the app also automatically updates MFP with your calorie burn.

count me in. I have to wait till I get home to get my stats to start with, and I'll probably only do the first month but I need to stay on track this month so need to be accountable.....just two more days of holidays then we're back on track.
