How hot is it at your place today and how hot will it get in the coming week? 31 here today, getting to 34 on sunday & tuesday.

What are your coping with hot weather tips? Cold food! Cold dinners (ham, salad, and cold boiled eggs), make icecubes, tied hair up (hair on the neck makes you extra hot), cool shower in the middle of the day. Kids love jumping on the tramp with the hose on mist setting aimed at them

Whats bothering you the most? My bra! I only own the padded variety, do they make the other kind anymore? And my boobs are getting hot, and itchy. Also my car has no aircon so I have to squeeze it under a tree and that isn't helping much.

It's not hot at all here, in fact it is unseasonably cold for Perth. And that is bothering me as much as if it were super hot!

Mind you, I don't consider 31 or 34 to be hot either. That's just a nice day!

I continue to be amused by different definitions of 'hot'. Obviously it depends what you are used to, but we had 38 here today (forcasting 42 tomorrow) so I was laughing at people melting at 32 lol

Not so much hot in Adelaide, it was yesterday.
Its bloody humid which I hate more than cold. Please just gimme dry heat!
Annoying me the most is the stickyness, cant eat when I feel like this either.

True that, but it does depend on where you live and what the norm is as to how much you feel it. Where I live doesn't get as hot as it used to 15-20 years ago. The last few years have been unseasonable cold, so 34 is quite a shock to us!

dampen your padded bras, put in the freezer, even with no dampening, it is cooler!
also works for underpants!

It's hotting up here, I think the max today was 31.
My vent is that I have no swimmers that fit me and it is proving impossible to find plus size maternity swimwear, even online.

For someone who melts when the temp gets over 25 it's a mracle I'm still here. It was 39 here today but our house is surprisilngly cool - no air con but large trees on the Western side, insulation in roof and walls, whirlibirds on roof and blockout blinds all helped to keep me alive.

There's also the humidity factor, it's apparently only 26.5 here now (feels like 28.2), but the humidity is is 75%.
