Kid Creole And The Coconuts - I Do Believe lyrics

You took your car and drove it straight into the wall
And then you walked away without a scratch at all

I believe
I do believe

There's something about you baby
That makes my skin crawl
You should be crippled now
And yet you're standing tall

I believe
I do believe

I believe in fantasies
And even Santa Claus
I believe in fairy tales
And purple dinosaurs
I believe in anything you tell me now, because

I believe
I do believe
I believe

Don;t believe me, don't because
Now I see that you're the boss
I'll be very good of course
May I see your flying horse ?
I saw you leap upon a dolphin in the sea
He took you for a ride
And you were gone a week

I believe
I do believe

thanks for the suggestions.. i did look at that one but its not it.. its more a country type song? if it helps its played at woolworths on their own radio with all the other Christmas songs, including the fifty five thousand versions of Hark the Heralds Angels sing and three million versions of Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.
