Does anyone have one yet?

My 2.5yr old son is in the current model T&A Meridian. My DD is getting to the point of outgrowing her capsule. I need to decide whether to buy a second Meridian for DD or mover her into DS's Meridian and but him something else.
I am keen on the T&A SNS seats as it means if I don't have one of my kids with me, I can use the seat for another child without having to uninstall and adjust.

I was thinking about a new MaxiRider for DS. Can anyone tell me what the main changes are in the new model? A salesperson told me it has a taller height limit than the previous mode. Is this correct?

I tried my 4.5yr old DS in it he is about 113cm and he had heaps of room left in the harness, so it is much taller, all the other harnessed seats he was over the height limit. It also has easy adjust where you can adjust the harness height by pulling the loop on the top. I am getting DS one next year when I save up a bit of cash.

The T&A feature

A slimmer seat then the old one.

Seatbelt path for booster seat use looks improved.

Reports are that the height markers are higher.

If your main concern is being able to adjust the seat for different children without uninstalling it, the Maxi Cosi Complete Air also has this feature (very easy to use) and is a relatively slim seat too. It's a FF only seat though - doesn't rear face or convert to a booster.

I've seen them side-by-side and the new Easy Adjust is a fair bit taller. I *think* the Easy Adjust "change to booster" line is at about 44/45cms so it's very tall and will fit some kids up to 7/8years in the harness.

It's also slimmer than the Maxi Rider AHR.

For longevity, the Easy Adjust is probably a better option, but it will depend on how your son actually fits in it.

They're also on sale for $399 at Pram Warehouse at the moment, so on par with a Meridian:

I just wanted to report back in case anyone is interested!

I bought my 2.5yr old one of the new model Maxi Riders and his head no longer flops forward when he falls asleep! We had a terrible problem of head flop when he was in the T&A Meridian (it was correctly reclined) but no head flop at all in the new Maxi Rider (reclined mode also).

I just got one too and also moved my boy out of a t&a into the mr.
I'm finding the same thing with head flop and I'm not even sure if I put it in full recline mode.
Also it's a very easy and tight install not as much faffing about to get it solid! Lovingit!
