Hi All,

I plan to start my own business in massage therapy (not sure at this stage whether it will be run from home or mobile) and am running some names through my head.

Which do you think sounds good:

- Zen-sations
- Absolute Bliss Massage Therapy
- Kneading to Relax
- Circle of Life Massage Therapy
- Generations Massage Therapy

I would like to incorporate the family and the elderly hence I like the name of Circle of Massage Therapy or Generations Massage Therapy. I also like the name of Absolute Bliss Massage Therapy because it sounds rather relaxing.

I would love to hear your opinion/suggestions of names

Thanks

I personally prefer the names which are not gimmicky. Generations is my favourite.

I prefer Generations too.

I would avoid Absolute Bliss.I have a friend who is a relaxation masseuse and she got dodgy phonecalls for using an ambiguous name.

I think you need to think practical and also marketing wise. Your name is you and your business, wrong name and people can get the wrong idea. Below are my thoughts.

- Zen-sations - NO, you will be at the end of any directory or phone list. and it is gimmicky.
- Absolute Bliss Massage Therapy - sounds like relaxation, where you would go for a hens spa day or something. I wouldnt book this for remedial. Trendy sounding.
- Kneading to Relax - are you making bread?!
- Circle of Life Massage Therapy - not bad and at the top of the directory, phone listings
- Generations Massage Therapy - like it.

As soon as I read Generations the first thought that came into my head was that it sounded like for a retirement home.

ReGeneration may work better. The others I didn't like as they were too gimmicky.

My war paint is Sharpie ink
Generations by a country mile. Some of the others sound like you'd offer happy endings, especially avoid any mention of bliss.

(I may be sensitive because of the whore house come massage parlour that has just started trading in my local area)

omg I totally thought whore would be autocorrected. Apparently not.

I like Circle of Life the best. If they were all listed in front if me, that's the one I'd choose to make my appointment with.
