Hi all I'm 11dpo today and I have very mixed emotions. After I got home this morning I noticed my new HPTs had arrived. I got them off eBay and they are called "one step" with a blue handle. I decided to try one and to my surprise got the faintest line. I did another one step test a few hours later and again saw a faintest line within the time window. However I just used two green handle ICs an they are both stark white negative?!
Can evap lines show that quickly and also is the one step brand notorious for Evap lines? Ill post a pic when I can. I plan on retesting with both with FMU tomorrow I just hate getting false hope.

Hey tiger-Lilly

I have used to use one step and nearly every time I get a line. It doesn't happen on FR or CB and I get my period. I tossed them out.

I'm not saying that you aren't pregnant or trying to be negative, just a warning for you.

Maybe wait a few days and try again with FR or the like and see who you go. Don't get your hopes up on one step but don't I disregard it all together.

Uhh yeah it sucks sad.gif I'm going to get a digital test tomorrow if AF doesnt arrive (It's due tomorrow) I haven't had any AF symptoms yet though like cramping I usually get a few days before *Touch Wood* so hopefully they are BFPs.

Here are the tests:

Two blue show a VERY faint test line where as the green ones show nothing. I can see the lines more clearly with the naked eye but I guess you can still see them in the photo.

Fingers crossed for you tomorrow!

Yep the blue ones are the One Step ones. Do you get the second line within the testing time frame also?

mummy to 3 beautiful kids
I have used those green ones and they never picked up i was pregnant this month at all and I did them on the same day as using a confirm and FR(same FMU) and the confirm was a dark line as was FR.. I cant say with the blue IC as I have only used them a few times and never saw a second line at all.

I have now concluded I hate IC and have even told friends that though about buying them not too.

Good luck

Well did another blue and green one today same again very faint on the blue nothing on the green sad.gif Plus starting to feel crampy AF is due today. My temp is still up though maybe it will just be late this month I usually get cramps a few days before it arrives. I'll still buy a FRER but won't do it until tomorrow morning if AF hasn't arrived by then.

blueynat I use the green OPKS too and they always work for me so I'm hoping the HPT ones are just dodgy but I'm 12dpo today so I would of thought the faint line on the blue one would be darker sad.gif oh well.
