Good? Bad? So awful you'd start a thread on EB if you saw the birth announcement?
Middle name possibly Patrick or David |

Love it. And I know a really smart and sweet boy named Edgar
I can see how some people would think it is incredibly frumpy (is that the word I'm looking for?) though. This post has been edited by emlis22: 28/11/2012, 01:38 PM |

A bit of an image of an elderly butler, but I like other elderly names.
Edgar falls in a gap for me - even though I like old man names - because for the starting sound I'd prefer Edmund and for the end sound I'd prefer Arthur. |

I am not a fan but it's a legit name. I am assuming that the nick name will be Eddie.
I think I prefer either Edward or Edmund. |

Awful. So old fashioned and ugly that even the royal family wouldn't use it.

A bit fusty for me. I prefer David or Patrick as a first name to be honest.

I like it a lot. Either Patrick or David would be good MNs but David flows best IMO
