My Baby Boy turns one today so I took some birthday photos of him (it was after the brief was announced - had to wait for it to get dark)

I read this thread all the time and have never submitted anything. I have had my DSLR for a year and I just play around with it. I had a make up shoot today and then read this weeks challenge and thought, why not?! So here it is ...

I spent next to no time on it so I am hoping I will improve with some decent practice and the photography class I am starting in the new year. I am by no means planning to be a photographer, I just want to learn more so I can take great photos for my make up business and during my travels.

ETA: Mummy26, that photo is so beautiful! original.gif

Again it has been a month or so since I've entered. I'm really struggling to get time to pick my camera up.

This one is a random shot that was unplanned but fits the brief. My beautiful baby girl. Complete with flyaway hair and a split lip.
