Not a hot special but thought others would e interested. I was hesitat to buy from fishpond as last time it took 5 months an lots of stuffing around to get my order.
2 weeks ago I ordered a bung of sylvanian families stuff as the price on the package deals was really good, I figured if they didn't arrive by Christmas I would save them for next years birthdays.
Arrived today faster less than 2 weeks!
Pleasantly surprised. Hope this means they have improved their processes.

I like cats, but I couldn't eat a whole one.
I've been waiting six weeks for something I ordered in October. I should ship by 14 December. I will never be using them again.

I wont order with them again. They never seem to have stock. It isnt until I have paid and done the order that I get an "apology" email. Atleast they give me the option of a refund and it happens quickly

I ordered 3 things and two have shipped and one has been picked and packed and about to be shipped (due here next week).

Seems they use many different suppliers and are trying to be a little Amazonesque. The items I ordered said they were from a 'local stockist'....I have heard of them using OS stockists as well. You can also sell your own stuff. This might explain why it's a bit pot luck?

Anyway will be crossing fingers until my stuff actually lands on my doorstep wink.gif The price was worth the risk for me!!

Got the free tshirt in a size 7-8.

I will only use them if it doesn't read matter if it's late, but this time it worked out surprisingly well. My friend who also ordered SFs has received hers as well.

Did they ask what size you wanted? I couldn't see anywhere to request a size. I hope we get a 7-8 here original.gif Otherwise I might be turning it into a tote bag to keep the figures in LOL (my almost 8 year old is prob more a sz10 T-shirt but i imagined them sending a size 5 or 6 hehe) I got my Mum to make her order separately so my youngest can get a Tee too original.gif

I found something I would have liked to order for Christmas, but it clearly said they could not guarantee delivery. Stuff I order from overseas arrives quicker than them!

I ordered something a while ago, and I got an estimated shipping date. Two weeks after the expected date, they tell me they can't get the item, though they may relist in the future. So all up it took them 6 weeks to tell me they did not have the item, but they took the money when I ordered. I don't think I would use them except if it was a great price and I would not be disappointed if it did not turn up. Very unreliable.

I ordered 2 items from them in October. 1 arrived sooner than expected, but the other is still to arrive and today Fishpond told me that it has been lost in the mail. So now I have to go through the rigmarole of getting a refund, and placing an order with someone else and hope it gets here before Christmas.
