Was interested to see if anyone else was using BB cream. I was at a work function last week and 4 out of 5 friends are now using BB cream on a daily basis. Gone are the days of using heavy foundation. |

Yep, I never liked foundation so BB cream is perfect. I use the Garnier one. It seems to just even out my skin tone without covering my freckles or creating that blank-canvas that foundation can do. It means you don't have to use a lot of other makeup on top of it to re-create your face!

I've started using it recently as my every day moisturiser. I get really self conscious about my skin - I'm pale with lots of freckles and I still get pimply breakouts like I'm 19 even though I'm well into my 30s now. It doesn't provide a lot of coverage but it's enough to even things out and it seems to control the oilyness. If I'm going to work or going out I will use my regular foundation though.

I bought some the other week after hearing so many women using it.
Meh, I'm underwhelmed. I don't even find that it evens my complexion out, my mineral powder is much better and just as easy to quickly apply so I've switched back. |

I also use the garnier one every day. I still use an under eye concealer as I always have dark circles under my eyes. If I'm going somewhere special I'll add a powder over the top to help it last longer. I was happy to spend more but found it did a really good job.

I used the garnier one on the weekend for the first time and it was great. Used it for a wedding and didn't have to touch up at all, and I love the fact that it's not too heavy so can use every day where I normally wouldn't use foundation.

I used the Garnier one for a bit, it was ok except when it was really hot, it literally dripped off my face! Then I started getting massive breakouts so I stopped using it...not sure if it was the bb cream causing it though.

I'm using the Garnier BB cream as well. I hear the Bobbi Brown BB cream is fabulous, so I might give that one a go next time.
