Ok ladies, I am on day 19 of my cycle.
I have no idea what my "normal" length is, as this varies from 29-49 days.
Recently been around 33-34 days.

From day 17 around mid afternoon got really bad pains and put this down to possible ovulation.
We have been TTC so have been actively BD regularly inc. day 17.
Since this I have been having really bad cramps to one side and it's quite intense, like the first pain you get before AF, yet then dies down, and comes back on and off.
Also noticed some blood streaked thick discharge yesterday. I know it's early but could this be a possible conception sign/process? I used to ovulate around days 8-10 before my first baby, cycle then was 26 days to the hour.
I've been taking conceive well gold for nearly 3 weeks (this may have helped regulate my cycle?).

Thanks!

In all honesty, you can't really tell these things during the cycle, only as it comes to a close when AF is due around that time. I found that when I was TTC, each month I was getting phantom pregnancy symptoms even though I wasn't actually pregnant. We were only TTC for 2 months before we gave up. The first month I was 5 days late, the second month I was 15 days late with AF. Both those months, I felt exactly what you were feeling! It was so weird because it was so real and intense. When I actually fell pregnant (the 3rd month), we had actually stopped TTC and had given up. It was only then that the stress of trying dissipated, the phantom pregnancy symptoms ceased, and I actually fell pregnant. I experienced no symptoms like what you are feeling now when I actually fell pregnant. The test came up positive 5 days after AF was due, and a blood test on the 6th day confirmed that I was pregnant. So I'd say ride it out until the end of your cycle.

But how to tell what your exact cycle is? It's hard because yours is between 29-49 days. But I think that the reason for this great variation is because you're actually TTC. Believe me, it can really affect the length of your cycle each month when you're actually TTC consciously. You can think all you like that this month you won't think about it, you won't try, etc, but it'll still be there in the back of your mind. With me, in October last year I stopped taking the pill to prep my body for after our marriage to start TTC. So that was a good 8 months before I fell pregnant. I had at least 6 months pre-TTC to see what my actual cycle really was. And it was actually 32 days every single time. So I guess the only way for you to see your true cycle is to stop TTC (in your mind only). All my friends were saying DON'T THINK ABOUT IT, DON'T TRY and you WILL fall pregnant. And it happened!

I really wish you luck, honey. Wishing you all the best and heaps of baby dust!

Do you take your temp each morning or use OPK's?

It's difficult to tell whether it's implantation bleeding or not.

So pain started mid-day on CD 17, then ended by late afternoon on CD 19.
We BD CD 17 (PM) and also CD 19 (PM).
Are our chances good?
Also how long after this then should we see possible +ve signs if it has happened?

Sounds like ovulation.
I get ovulation pain and it lasts 3 days but I definitely ovulate on the first day.

If you bed on cd 17, ovulation, you have a chance but if you bed in the 2/3 days leading up to cd 17 then you have a much better chance.

Either way wait 12-14 days from cd 17 and see if af arrives. If not test

For some people they can get stressed and ttc can be harder but it's not the same for all.
I have been ttc for over 4 years, my cycle is fairly regular and there have been months where I just gave up too. But I am still here, waiting and hoping for a bfp.

Good luck op
