My wonderful parents looked after DS this weekend while DH and I were away. They all had a ball. However, when we picked up DS, I saw that about 10 of my MCNs were soaking in a bucket full of bleach, PUL covers and all! I didn't have the heart to say anything after they had cared for DS for the weekend and really, when I told them that they don't need soaking, I should have added that if they must soak them, to just use plain old water.

Mum will drop them off to me tomorrow once fully laundered. Will a single bleach cause them any harm and should I run them through the wash again?

Depends on the strength of the bleach but if not too strong a once off soak should not hurt.
I would rinse and wash them again anyway just to be sure.

Us old folk had never heard of MCN and PUL but I have learnt about it now:-)

They'll be fine most likely. A lot of Mamas in the US use bleach regularly on their mcn's (in the washing machine), Bumgenius I think it is even recommend it. I use it occasionally, it keeps that horrid barnyard smell away.
A strip wash if your worried about the bleach causing a skin reaction but otherwise they should be just fine.

no need to strip wash, just wash and soak several times in water and a little detergent to remove ALL the bleach. If it was a once off they will be fine.
