I have made up marinade for chicken breast but it doesn't taste very nice uncooked and I'm wondering if you think it will taste nice once cooked;
Lemon juiceDijon mustardHoneyGarlicSalt/pepper
Anything else I should add? It tastes a little bitter and sour :/

It should be fine. I use that marinade without the honey and it usually comes out nicely.

Sounds good, a bit more honey may help but it will caramalise in cooking so you don't want it too sweet at this point.

Proud EB Whinger! :)
If you cook it and think it's too bitter at the end, you could add some cream or sour cream?

Yum! We had this on lamb chops on the BBQ yesterday and they were delish! I added fresh rosemary and oregano from the garden too.

You can always use the "if unsure, add bacon" approach.
