Hi Everyone,

Thought I would start a thread where we can all post our scan pictures up! I had our 12 week done yesterday and it was amazing. I've already posted in the FB group, but thought I would post here for those that aren't in there original.gif

Hope I've done this right! This is from this morning's scan - looking less like a gummy bear and more like a tiny bubba!

Hi had my dating scan today, all looks good so far , altho they pushed my dates back just enough to have me due in the first few days of July ...i thought id just stay here for now if that's ok tho as i don't believe them lol. Wasn't going to put a picture up until my big scan but one of the pictures has me a little puzzled and i was hoping someone else may know what the extra dark spot on the end of the sac is? Google, while usually fantastic is really letting me down atm lol

Thanks for any input original.gif

Congrats Greatone2! I not sure what the dark spot is. I also had a dark spot which later turned to a moving grey spot. Originally early on the OB wouldnt rule out twins but then at my scan at 7wk he said it was just a sac of blood and to expect some brown discharge at this stage (haven't had any yet). Not sure if this is what it is for you tho, obviously not an expert on u/s (we thought the yolk sac was its head wwhistle.gif lol)

Im also due 3rd of July but hanging around here so looking for friends when everyone else has had their bubs and moved on, otherwise it will turn into a ghost town here by the time I have mine!

hi kate, thanks for replying original.gif I'm sure if it was anything much the scan tech would of said something I'm just peeved that Google wasn't giving me my answers lol and so funny about the yolk sac , they are very round and head like , until you see what the head actually looks like at this stage lol

Greatwon I can't help with the sac, but re: dating, I was pushed back 4-5 days at my first dating scan and then caught up again at my 12 week scan, so don't worry about it. The measurements are only a general guide - babies can't all grow at the exact same rate!
