Ok, so hopefully there isn't another thread already going - I did a quick search and can only find old ones.

I am seriously considering signing up before the extended start date (Sun 25/11)

Want to know who has done it in the past and had success,

AND

Also wonder if anyone is already on it, how are you finding it?

Mess - have you just done the one round?

I'm a pretty unmotivated person so just nervous I'll join and won't commit and it will be a big waste of my time!

Does that mean you like the food?

I am. I did last round and lost 11kg's, 1kg down this round. Loving it so far, finding it easy and am never hungry. I am only walking not doing the exercise program. Find it hard to get in with 3 kids and am to stingy to buy the dvd's (maybe for christmas?) but can take the kids with me for an hours walk.

Thank for your reply Lena original.gif

Congrats on 11kg weight loss - that's amazing!

I'm doing it this round and am down 1 kg as well. Like Lena, I'm not able to do the full exericse program given everything I am juggling right now, but at a bare minimum, I am powerwalking every day.

I have two friends who did it in rounds 1 and 3 this year, and both lost 10+ kg!

I did last round and lost 15.5kgs in the 12 weeks. I am doing this round too, and so far am down 1.6kgs. I find that it is just what I need to motivate me to work hard and not fall off the wagon. I follow the meal plans, and this round have committed to following her exercise plans. Last round I just did gym classes four days a week and still had an awesome loss.

I LOVE MY BOYS!
I am and down 1.5kg so far.

I don't follow the meal plan to the T though but keep under the calories by using my fitness plan app. Some of the meals are great I made the Thai fish cakes the other day and they were lovely.

I found the first few days I was still hungry but I think that was in my head more than anything so I cut down on my snacks (still had them just very low cal ones) and added veggies to the dinner meals and that really helped. Made my head think oh yeah this is a fullest meal lol

I have a personal trainer once a week and walk every other day but this week will start going to the gym more.

Great to read other positive experiences, just reinforces that it was a good idea to sign up original.gif
