This is a totally inappropriate question which is why I'm asking here, in the "anonymity" of EB!

When we conceived DS I had been charting & knew when I ovulated etc. We had sex 2 days before, 1 day before, day of & day after ovulation. We fell pregnant first month.

We are now just starting to ttc #2 but I'm no where near as committed & we aren't charting or tracking anything. I know roughly when I will ovulate (regular cycles & I get o pain on the day of). We were thinking we'd just have sex whenever but try to at least do it within 2 days of o, so maybe every second day around o or something?

How often do other people who are ttc have sex?!

We did the deed every second day on the week leading up to and after O. I had a rough idea of when I was O'ing but was not charting.

Both this baby and my DS were "one hit wonders".

I wasn't tracking with DS but with this baby we DTD the day before the first positive OPK (I used to get 4-5 days of positive OPKs).

I've heard the most important times to DTD is the days leading up to and including ovulation.

We went for it like rabbits. Which sort of balances out what's happened since conception...

Ramping it up "around" ovulation is probably a good idea.

My fertility specialist says start on day 10 and go every second day for 10 days.
