Mirror, mirror, shiny glass, tell me that is NOT my ass!!
I'm set for transfer on Saturday so my little one will be taken out tomorrow. It's a Blast/Morula.

What success rates have you had in regards to thawing?

I'm feeling a bit anxious atm as it's my only embie, and the fact that out of 11 fertilized from the full stim cycle - I had one AA grade embie transferred (ended in CP) - the rest made it to Blast but not to freeze, bar this one, which isn't a full blast.

Thanks original.gif

Hi BB

Thinking of you with this next transfer and wishing you the best of luck. I believe I have read that the thaw rate is generally stated to be about 90% - but i tried to find that again and couldnt. Sorry.

I think you are in great territory. You have an 'almost' blast there and they would not have frozen it unless they thought it was worthy of a chance.

There are so many stories of people having the success they are after with embryos that were not their best. I hope you add to that statistic.

Mine were all frozen on day 2 but I had a 100% thaw rate - 10 frozen and 10 thawed.

Best of luck wth this cycle Bwok!

We had one fosty which thawed fine
I think it depends on whether your clinic uses new vitrification technique to freeze where thaw rates are 90%+
good luck!

I have had 5 blast frosties, one is still frozen. So far I've had 100% thaw success, though only 1 pg and 1 chem.

Good Luck!

I'm in the same position as you Bwok-Bwok. My transfer is set for Monday and I'm so anxious and worried that it won't survive the thaw. It's my one and only frostie.

I've only had one frozen in the past and it didn't survive the thaw so I'm not feeling particularly positive but only time will tell.

Good luck and best wishes, I hope it all goes well for you.

Milano xx

The anxiousness has stepped up a notch today - the cramping from the pessaries don't help with it. sad.gif Oh the joys!
