Hello,I am new to this forum but would love some feedback....I had a day 5 blastocyst transfer on 8 November. My first blood test was 12 days after this. My hcg was 45. Two days later it was 100. My dr has advised me this is low and it could be one of four things - a pregnancy that was slow to start, chemical pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy or one that I will eventually miscarry due to the low hcg. I have 2 children already through ivf. I have also had a miscarriage at 12 weeks due to a Subchorionic haemorrhage and an ectopic pregnancy. The thought of either of these is too scary. Has anyone been through something similar with low hcgs?Appreciate any comments.

Your levels did double and that's really more important than the level itself. I know someone who had HCG that did not go higher than 16 at any point in her pregnancy. Low levels can mean things are not great, but I know so many people who started with low but consistent levels. I hope when you have your next blood test it shows the kind of increase you need to hopefully help you feel more at ease.

Matnsis, did your hCG levels increase? How are you now?
