Has anyone had any issues with this online store ?

I ordered something on Nov 15 & have heard nothing in terms of shipping, tracking details etc. Emails gone unreturned, phone helpline on a message bank all day.

Grrrrrrr.

I've not ordered from them, but I've tried to contact them before regarding info about a pram and they never responded to my queries - so I went to baby bunting!

I've been into one of their actual stores a few times. A few weeks ago we went to one looking for a product that they had listed online. Looked throughout the shop, couldn't find it, so went to the counter to ask about.

Waited. And waited. And waited. No wonder there was a very well worn lounge right next to counter. I was eventually served after about 15 minutes. Prior to that they didn't even acknowledge my presence while they were serving 2 other customers. There were only 3 customers in the shop, including me.

I asked about the product that I wanted and was told that they sold the last 5 to a woman a few months ago who then went to their Ipswich store and bought the rest of the stock from there. WTF? I was told to call on Monday and ask their ordering person if/when they were getting more in. It's easy people: if you sell out of a product, then automatically order more! If you don't have any in store, I can't buy it from you.

I ended up buying the product the next day from another online store who were very prompt, and included a hand written thank you note for buying from them, and a balloon and colouring in page that my DD has loved. I also received emails giving me the tracking details from Australia Post.

I ordered a double pram from them, had to chase the order then found out it had gone onto back order even though they actually had stock in a different warehouse - basically if I hadn't chased it I think my order may have sat there indefinitely.

That said I had no problem contacting them and getting a response - email if I recall correctly.

Ignorance is not a point of view.
I've bought a pram, accessories, and two car seats from them.

They ordered a second seat for my strider plus in (the blue is getting hard to find), and it all went smoothly.

They also price matched both carseats for me from a cheaper store.

I bought a carseat from them mid last year for DD while we were still living overseas. I ordered online and had my MIL collect it from the store (somewhere in Brisbane's western suburbs I think). No problems at all.
