What do you think of this to go with the dress and red shoes I posted pics of in a previous thread. http://www.essentialbaby.com.au/forums/ind...owtopic=1032387
Dress plain so thought could do a statement necklace.

You know the dress best, I am worried that the necklace is too busy with the sleeve detail. What about some awesome heels in turquoise and some blingy or colourful earrings? You look gorgeous in the photos, try not to be too hard on yourself bbighug.gif

I love that necklace, but not with that dress. I agree that with the sleeve detail on the dress the necklace might be OTT. Do you have a bright coloured bag and/or shoes. Bright pastel coulours are very in this year - something like lemony/lime or pinky/orange?

sad.gif sorry have no idea what to do, feeling pretty crap at the mo after the loss of my baby so just want to go out and feel like I look good rather than miserable fat and frumpy.

I am happy to spend some money on shoes/accessories if someone can post links to things that would go with the dress.

Worse comes to worse I will just wear it with just the red heels and get some red earrings and leave it at that.

Does this effectively hide my thunder?
I know that feeling, but trust me you are looking good.

Agree with everyone, too busy for the sleeves. The idea to get some earrings is perfect. But really do what you have to to feel comfortable.

The dress looks lovely and the gathering on the sleeves is really pretty. I think this necklace is a bit overpowering and something simpler would maybe be the go. I don't think you can beat red shoes, they always look good.

Honestly with that dress, red heels and your good looks, plenty of wow factor already. Add red clutch perhaps and minimalist jewellery.

i love that necklace! very in right now.

agree about not going with the dress you have though. can you find a cheap black dress with a simple neckline to wear it with? the necklace will dress it up beautifully.

Gudren and Mrs M09 have the right idea.

Honestly Fefe, you look fantastic. You could wear a paper bag and look both elegant and sexy.

I hope you have a lovely time.
