$20 for school friends. closer friends maybe $25-$30 depending if I see something I know they would love or really want

For 'run of the mill' friends, it's $15-20 (usually it's on sale, so it's actually 'worth' a bit more than I paid), and $20-25 for better friends.
It gets expensive, when you add it all up. |

Nothing. The kids have loads of friends but Christmas presents between friends are something that we've never encouraged. |
