My biggest is Red Rooster (I work there and get half price food so it was fairly normal to have lunch there). But now the thought of it makes me feel sick... even another staff member offering me a chip makes me wince. And chocolate and coffee - I used to LOVE coffee, but even decaf makes me screw my nose up.
I'm getting an awful lot of food aversions - here's to hoping it's just a first trimester thing! What food did you previously love, but can't stand the thought of now? |

I honestly have random ones that change I don't think its really an aversion more DP suggests something for tea and the thought of eating it makes me feel sick but then 2 days later I will eat it just fine

In the first 4 months I had an aversion to so many things including meat, fish, anything cooked in sauce like spag bol, milk, cheese.
Now im making up for it eating everything!! |

In the first trimester with both my DD's I couldn't stand coffee, chocolate, most sweet foods, red meat, fish and tea with milk or milk drinks.

I change each couple of weeks - right now I cannot stand tomatos for cheese, so much for eating toasted sandwiches, one thing that was ok to eat.
At around 5-6 weeks I loved dark chocolate now the throught of it makes me dry reach! Never eaten caramello Koala's in my life, now I love them. All so weird... |

When my m/s was bad healthy food really set me off - had to resort to soup to get some veggies in me. Salad, avocado and tuna were the worst. I still can't stand the smell of tuna. This really annoys me because I used to love my tuna and avocado salads for lunch!

I was coming on to post on this exact topic. I'm about 4 weeks pregnant. I've got an adversion to basically anything salty or bitter in any way, and eucalypt (just to be random lol). I love Vegemite usually, to the point I would suck on a spoonful in my younger days. One bite of Vegemite toast this morning, and it was like eating a block of salt. I never had any adversions with my other pregnancies, so thanks for reasuring me. I'm so glad I'm not going mad lol

Vegemite. Cannot stand the smell or taste and I normally LOVE vegemite. So sad. That is the only really bad one... so far!
