Not to expensive and I am guessing not that much involved but I need someone who understands facebook and can help me get this off the ground

twinboys - I guess it depends on what you mean by affordable
 Remember that an Australian domain name will set you back about $50 for 2 years and hosting will cost about $100/year before you even start doing web design.PM me your budget and we can go from there. There will be many ways of building something for you. Knowing the budget (whatever it is) means knowing where to start.
