I know I am a can't sit still person, a twitcher, a fiddler, my worst fault is picking, fiddling with my hands.
Well on Saturday morning I got a lift home with a workmate who was more twitchy than me, She was driving along, touching her face, rubbing her eyes, scratching her back, scratching her stomach, constantly. IT DROVE ME MAD! laughing2.gif

Do people who twitch drive you mad?
Are you a twitcher?

I know I'm a bit of a leg fidgeter, but it tends to be when I get overtired. My mum tends to fiddle her fingers and pick at her nails which is really annoying. Sometimes its her toes instead. All it takes is a look to get her to sop.

I wish I was a twitcher. Twitchers tend to be skinnier than people like me who can give a sloth a run for it's money in the barely moving department.

Twitchers don't really bother me though.

Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur.
I am absolutely a fidgeter. I can usually contain it to my knees or toes or something non obvious when out and about, but at home I'll be tapping, wiggling my feet, bouncing on the couch LOL.

If I can't tap, I'll chew. Anything. Pens, lids, the inside of my lip.

I read once that fidgetters are more likely to be skinny and in a healthy weight range because they burn so much more energy.
So if it annoys others, tel them its for your health!

My husband is a fidgetter, pen clicker, nail chewer... a look works though.

It's true BadCat, I am slim and my twitcher workmate even skinnier. I have heard it burned 1000 calories a day.
Am thinking about writing a diet book about it. biggrin.gif

I am a fidgetter and I am far from skinny. Perhaps I am doing it wrong

Total twitcher here. Did *not* realise twitching was a weight-loss aide, although I am within normal weight and considered "slim" by some.

Does anybody know any stomach-twitching exercises...?

I'm usually jiggling my feet or legs.
I'm trying to cut back on the face touching.

I'm a twitcher. Other peoples twitching doesn't tend to bother me - maybe my Dad's a little. But I know mine bothers some people!
