My DD 16.5mo was BF until 15.5 months and now has a three bottles of cows milk per day. I have noticed though that her reflux is starting up again and some days is really unsettled. I give her A2 full cream milk. When we are out, so I don't need to worry about keeping the milk cold, I will give her a pre-made Nan Pro 3 popper.
I'm giving her cows milk exclusively for three days to see if it is upsetting her, then I'm planning to switch over to the formula for three days to see what the effect is. I don't know if it's the combination of full cream cows milk and formula that's upsetting her, or one or the other. WDYT? I did used to give her Karicare 2 on her cereal before she was one, because I thought that she was unsettled on her cereal if I made it with straight cows milk. Are you a mum of a toddler with reflux? Can you please give your opinion? She used to be medicated on Losec, but I stopped it when she was 7mo and changed my diet which seemed to have a great response from her. |
