But did the photos turn out well, that is the main thing?

Managed to get some painting done. One step closer to getting the house on the market. Then dinner with neighbour down the local pub (without an ipad wink.gif ). Baby asleep and having a glass of wine.

Went ou for dinner alone with dh for the first time in about 17 months last night.

Bugger still refuses to put out tonight.

What is a girl to do?

Apart from that overshare we are all gearing up for Christmas so all good.

Although taste at Albert Park today meant parking near the restaurant for swimming lessons (which is a good 10-15 minute walk with a small child!) stupid lack of public transport to Albert Park!

Wheres my coffee?
Theyre over rated!
I say this as I hate being photographed.
I realised today that my christmas shopping will be done online. I am not going back to the shopping centre again!
5 minutes inside and I wanted a cattle prod!

Well, we were given a gift certificate for the sitting and one small print. So we booked in and did the whole three-outfits two-hours-baby-wrangling lots-of-photos shebang. There were some very nice photos, but the place wanted $200 a print for further pictures. So I don't know that I'd call that turning out well, precisely, because while we were expecting them to be expensive, we weren't budgeting for that.

I got a bit grumpy when the guy gave us the hard sell about how in ten years' time we wouldn't regret the expense, but we would regret not buying the photos, and told him to his face I didn't appreciate his being emotionally manipulative blush.gif .

Trying to get 13 year old DS to study.... Well not get him to study, that was easy. Keeping him on task was the hard thing.

I've never seen him so eager to help around the house and laughed when he asked if I wanted him to make the chooks get back into the back yard.

Had a pretty good day. Went to a special church service this morning which was great. Had a massive headache this afternoon so had a nap. One kid went to a birthday party and one kid to a friends place. Then the kid's Dad took three of them to a local train museum for a special night thing and only came home with one kid. One of the Mum's from school works there so they had been having free train rides all night and she has offered to bring them home when it all finishes at 10pm so they will be pretty happy about that. Spent the evening working on an assignment and feel like I have a good handle on it-always happy when I get to that point.

Yup still up but I hear whingeing from 5yo so will probably be gone in 1 minute. We went to Roller Derby grand finals tonight, that was fun! Pretty cruisy day... I've never had family photos done, maybe I should?

After today, I recommend shopping around and comparing price packages first!
