Yes yes I know this is a long stretch but I want to try and find a recipe for Xmas Cake from one of those magazines from approximately 10yrs ago. It was to make mini cakes using empty pineapple cans after adding the pineapple to the cake. It was almost like a boiled cake but not as it was done in the oven but was super moist and soooo yummy. The cans were the big ones like 500g or something like that.
I know I'm clutching at straws but thought some one might remember and still have the recipe. Pretty sure it didn't use peel either as I hate peel with a passion. TIA
